App vs browser — which should you use?
Our euroslot app (Android APK) caches game data locally on your device, so live-dealer feeds and slot graphics load faster than in a mobile browser. The app also sends push notifications when dealers go live, when your favourite Liga 1 match is starting, and when a withdrawal completes — you don't have to open the app constantly to stay updated. On iOS and older Android devices without APK support, use the mobile web version in Safari or Chrome; it offers the same game library and account access, just without offline caching and notifications.
Device compatibility
Our euroslot app runs on Android 7.0 and later, and on iOS 12 and later. If your device is older, use the mobile web version instead — it has broader compatibility. For Android, ensure you have at least 100 MB free storage for the APK. For iOS, Safari is the recommended browser; Chrome also works. If you are using a device from Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, or Semarang, your network speed and device age may affect load times, so local caching (via the Android app) can improve the experience.
Common installation issues and solutions
If you see "Installation failed" or "Unknown sources disabled" on Android, go to Settings → Apps & notifications → App permissions → Allow access to unknown sources. If your iOS Safari shows a blank page after opening the link, clear your browser cache (Settings → Safari → Clear History and Website Data) and try again. If the app or browser version is very slow, check your internet connection — 4G or WiFi of at least 5 Mbps is recommended for live-dealer video streams. If you cannot see live dealers or your balance, log out and log back in; this refreshes your session and often resolves temporary sync issues.
Data usage and account security on mobile
Watching live-dealer streams uses approximately 150–300 MB per hour of video depending on connection quality. Playing slots and sportsbook markets uses minimal data — under 5 MB per session. All communication between your euroslot app and our servers is encrypted (TLS 1.3), so your login, account balance, and payment details are protected even on public Wi-Fi. Your password is never stored on your device — only your session token, which expires after a period of inactivity. If you lose your phone, your euroslot account remains secure; contact our support team to verify your identity, and we will reset your login credentials. Enable two-factor authentication in your account settings for an extra security layer — we will ask for a one-time code sent to your registered phone number when you log in from a new device.
Our euroslot app syncs your account across all devices — Android, iOS, and web — so your balance, bet history, and settings stay current wherever you log in.
